Training Methodology

  • short presentations
  • continuous role-plays with a varying degree of difficulty during which each participant receives individual coaching 
  • individual personal feedback

Duration and Participations 

4x 4-hour sessions (4X4 - 16 training hours) using virtual platform in groups of 6 participants. The final duration of the program varies depending on the emphasis put on the role-plays, both in terms of number of cases, as well as level of difficulty.
