A training program through which participants gain a common understanding of the corporate philosophy of the company

All company staff, newcomers included.

  • Ways of communicating the corporate identity, both internally and externally
  • Goals which arise from the corporate identity
  • How staff can contribute to strengthening the corporate identity

Training Methodology

  • short presentations and continuous group activities, designed to contribute to a common understanding of the corporate identity


Duration and Participations

1 training day (1 working day- 8 training hours) in groups of 8 participants
